Job summary

InfoCepts Singapore is seeking a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights supporting business decisions. You will extract, clean, and analyze data, build data models, and develop dashboards using SQL, Databricks, Tableau, and Power BI.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, automate reports, ensure data quality, and document data definitions to enable governance. Experience with Python (Pandas/PySpark) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Experience with Python (Pandas, PySpark) for data analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
• Experience working in government or regulated environments.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL and Databricks.
• Develop and maintain scalable data models for BI dashboards.
• Build dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI to visualize key metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into analytics.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and data workflows.
• Document data definitions and reporting logic for governance.
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
