Job summary

Randstad Singapore seeks a Data Governance/Records Management professional to support the firm’s data framework across lifecycle management, legal hold compliance, and privacy initiatives. You will partner with legal counsel to oversee preservation, eDiscovery, and search workflows using Microsoft Purview.

You will also facilitate seamless electronic file transfers during onboarding and matter transitions while driving operational efficiency, and oversee data disposition across physical files

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in records management, information governance, or IT in professional services.
• Proven proficiency with eDiscovery tools and document management systems.
• Strong understanding of data storage, retention, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with data privacy principles and ethical walls in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Support data management framework across records lifecycle, legal hold, and privacy initiatives.
• Collaborate with legal counsel on preservation, eDiscovery, and search workflows using Purview.
• Facilitate electronic file transfers during onboarding, transitions, and file releases to boost efficiency.
• Oversee data disposition across physical files, email archives, and litigation databases per retention rules.
• Serve as liaison between legal, IT, and platform teams addressing technical challenges with iManage or NetDocuments.
