Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in data governance, data management, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge in data architecture, systems, and models; relevant certifications desirable.
• Understanding of data management principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Proficiency in data quality management techniques and tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and governance culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data governance policies, processes and controls.
• Collaborate with business users, data scientists and engineers to implement AI governance framework.
• Create templates and guidance for data-related documentation and secure data sharing.
• Work with IT to enforce data security and compliance across systems.
• Act as SME for data management and AI governance to support evolving needs.
• Ensure data acquisitions and sharing comply with governance principles.
• Monitor WoG compliance and provide training materials to strengthen governance knowledge.
