Job summary

The Manager/Senior Manager, Data Management, in the Data Strategy & AI Division (DSAD) leads the development, implementation and oversight of data management and AI governance policies aligned with WoG requirements. You will collaborate with business users, data scientists and data engineers to embed governance across the data lifecycle, ensure data security and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

A CSP account is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in data governance or data management.
• Foundational knowledge in data architecture, systems, and data models.
• Desirable certifications: CDMP, CIPP, CISSP.
• Strong data management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data management and AI governance policies and controls.
• Collaborate with business users, data scientists and data engineers to build an AI governance framework.
• Develop templates for data-related documentation and secure data sharing.
• Enforce data security and compliance across systems.
• Monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement aligned with organizational goals.
• Assist in the development of guidance materials and training for governance.
