Job summary

IMDA invites interns to join the Digital Industry & Talent Group (DITG) for Jan–June 2027. You will work on enterprise data platforms, data integration, and BI reporting within a GCC environment.

Gain hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms, ETL concepts, and documentation of data architecture. This internship offers exposure to data governance and platform operations at IMDA in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Pursuing studies in computer, data, software or information systems related course.
• Applied knowledge of cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS S3, lambda, sns).
• Programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL, terraform).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to document technical processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of SGDL and maintenance of SGDS databases within the GCC environment.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and mappings between different tables within GCC.
• Ensure data synchronisation across Salesforce, GCC and business dashboards.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance on integrated datasets.
• Maintain technical documentation for data sources, data flows and integration processes.
• Support enhancements to improve data reliability and operational efficiency.
