Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in Equipment/Machinery industry
Proficient in Excel and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)

Responsibilities

Turn foundational datasets into actionable sales strategies; manage promotional planning, lead generation and sales enablement
Build, maintain, and analyze datasets to guide sales directions and map market development
Lead B2B lead generation and campaigns to drive measurable growth
Proactively propose strategies to improve sales performance and investigate reasons behind data outcomes
Utilize and optimize reporting tools to streamline marketing and sales operations
