THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to execute marketing activities and campaigns at our Kallang Avenue location in Singapore.

The role requires 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, lead generation expertise, and strong Excel skills, with optional Power BI/Tableau experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–6 years of professional marketing experience (B2B preferred).
• Proven experience in lead generation, campaign execution, and marketing initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership potential: able to set direction, guide priorities, and drive execution.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing activities and campaigns.
• Plan based on result generation, efficiency and impact.
• Ensure accurate and smooth implementation and information arrangement.
• Focus on numeric results and objective judgment.
• Extract improvement insights from mixed factors for the next cycle.
• Research new and existing market potential, including target industries.
• Refine and maintain the in-house CRM database; grow customer base.
• Provide customer support and communicate needs via phone/email/visits.
• Support to Sales Team and generate reports to reveal unseen sales potential.
