Job summary

the supreme hr advisory pte. ltd. is seeking a Data & Marketing Senior Executive / Supervisor in Singapore to combine data analysis with marketing leadership. You will build datasets and dashboards that drive sales insights and market development using Microsoft, SAP, and company software.

The role requires 4–9 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel and BI tools, and a willingness to travel overseas for events and campaigns. 5-day work week, 8:15am–5:30pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 4-9 years of relevant experience.
Proven, data-driven marketing, campaign executive, and lead-generation experience.
Demonstrated leadership potential: able to set direction, guide sales priorities and actions, and drive execution.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or Tableau; experience building reports and dashboards.
Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus.
This role may involve overseas travel (overnight, for events / campaigns)

Responsibilities

Combine data analysis and marketing leadership to build datasets and insights that drive sales analysis and market development.
Build and maintain datasets and reports that define sales direction; translate data-driven insights into targeted marketing actions.
Lead integrated B2B marketing activities — promotional planning, lead generation, and sales enablement, guiding the marketing team toward measurable growth.
