Job summary

Turner & Townsend Singapore is seeking a Sustainability Manager for Data Centre Infrastructure to lead environmental initiatives across the portfolio. You will oversee on-site PMC and operations teams, drive energy efficiency, and ensure projects meet global green standards.

Responsibilities include designing mid- to long-term sustainability roadmaps, improving PUE with engineers, sourcing clean energy via PPAs, and managing emissions across scopes 1–3 while pursuing LEED, BREEAM or Green Mark

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
Preferred LEED AP, Green Mark Manager, CEM or other sustainability certifications.
8–10+ years in sustainability or energy systems management.

Responsibilities

Create the green roadmap for data centre locations.
Improve Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) by optimizing cooling and power systems.
Source clean energy and lead PPAs / renewable energy certificates.
Track emissions across Scope 1–3 for mission-critical sites.
Design and implement waste reduction and circular economy initiatives.
