Job summary

5 STONES HRM PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Lead, Data Centre Engineering Support to oversee Singapore Data Centre operations and drive energy efficiency initiatives across critical facilities.

You will act as SME for MEP and security systems, lead incident management per ITIL, and coordinate cost-effective engineering projects in a 24x7 data centre environment. The role requires experience with certification programs (ANSI/TIA-942, Green Mark, ISO) and a strong ability to collaborate with

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in managing critical facilities development/operations.
• Experience in 24x7 data centre environment and project management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (switchgears, UPS, generators, CRAUs, chillers).
• Certifications in energy/environmental management (advantage).
• ITIL or related professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for MEP, electrical, BMS and security systems in Singapore Data Centre operations.
• Champion the Problem Management process and act as rotating Incident Manager per ITIL.
• Lead energy audits, optimisation programmes and economic evaluation of energy efficiency measures.
• Oversee procurement of technical services and manage service agreements/ renewals.
• Manage technical certification programmes (ANSI/TIA-942, Green Mark, ISO) from planning to certification.
• Collaborate with Technology & Project Delivery to improve maintainability and build quality.
• Develop and validate technical policies, processes, and maintenance frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with Acts, regulations, standards and codes of practice for building operations.
• Drive learning and development initiatives; support audits and provide management information.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
