Job summary

Nxera is looking for a Manager for Solutioning in Data Centre Fit out and A&A with a focus on sustainability. The position involves managing project execution, preparing budgets, and leading project tenders, while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or construction management.
• Proven track records in live data center projects.
• Willing to verify field progress and front customer for technical clarification.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Center project execution for Tenant Fit out and A&A works.
• Execute end to end project initiation process.
• Prepare project budget and manage approved funding cash flow.
• Lead project tender, drafting SOW and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and safety requirements.
