Job summary

RAPSYS Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Data Centre Operations Support professional with at least 3 years in data centre environments to help maintain smooth operations. The role focuses on infrastructure management, security, IT operations, and documentation in a hands-on, office-based setting.

You will monitor power systems, cooling, environmental conditions, access control, CCTV, and incident response while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, facilities management, or related field.
• Experience in IT/ data centre operations is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain data centre infrastructure including power, cooling, UPS/PDUs.
• Coordinate with vendors and teams to resolve infra issues.
• Support facility maintenance, installations, and cable management.
• Monitor access control, CCTV, security logs and incidents.
• Assist IT operations like system health checks, backups, and DR procedures.
• Document layouts, assets, and generate operational reports.
