Responsibilities

• Perform daily data centre operational activities including key management, vendor escorts, inspections, server power-up, and asset management.
• Support operations within data centres and secure computer rooms.
• Ensure all operational procedures and security protocols are followed.
• Monitor, escalate, and track incidents per incident management procedures.
• Prepare operational reports for management.
• Support additional operational duties as assigned.
• Provide operational coverage when required.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
