Job summary

5 STONES HRM PTE. LTD. is seeking a Regional Service Assurance Manager to lead audits across Southeast and Northeast Asia within the Group Data Centre Operations. You will drive process performance, ensure ISO certifications, and support IT tooling for automation and reporting.

The role requires hands-on audit experience, ISO lead/auditor credentials, and strong cross‑cultural communication. Occasional travel to regional sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a Data Centre environment.
• Experience in data centre or critical environment operations and ITSM processes.
• ISO Lead/Internal Auditor certification with hands-on audit experience.
• Familiarity with ISMS, BCMS, SMS frameworks and ITSM/tools.
• Strong analytical and cross-cultural communication skills; bilingual in English and an additional Southeast Asian language preferred.
• Willingness to travel a few times a year.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and conduct internal audits for ISO standards.
• Plan, schedule external audits with certification bodies.
• Monitor and review operations processes to drive KPI improvements.
• Monitor security controls and site security posture.
• Support ISMS, BCMS and SMS management systems.
• Document operational policies, processes and SOPs across countries.
• Support automation of processes and performance reporting using IT tools.
• Provide training to data centre teams on audit requirements.
• Support all service assurance activities, initiatives and projects.
• Travel to Southeast Asia a few times per year.
