Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data centre operations and facilities management, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge across data centre facilities management and operations including people, process, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and operating model for data centre facilities.
• Define and drive facilities management strategy for data halls, ensuring high availability.
• Lead governance, accountability, and performance across sites.
• Own service reliability, uptime, and risk posture; ensure audit readiness and regulatory alignment.
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across locations.
