Job summary

OCBC is seeking an experienced Lead for Data Centre Facilities Management to provide leadership across data hall operations. This role ensures high availability, resilience, and continuous improvement, overseeing racks, power, cooling, and related infrastructure.

You will define strategic direction, manage risk, drive standardization, and lead a high-performing team. This office-based role at Loyang requires 100% in-office collaboration with IT stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in data centre operations and facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and operating model for data hall facilities management.
• Own uptime, risk posture, and operational integrity across sites.
• Drive standardization, controls, and engineering practices with automation and data insights.
• Oversee racks, power, cooling, and related infrastructure within data halls.
