Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of contract administration experience in construction, mission-critical facilities, or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract forms such as FIDIC, NEC, JCT, or local construction contracts.
• Experience with variation management, claims, and commercial administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage construction and service contracts for data centre projects.
• Support contract formation, tendering, bid evaluations, and contractor selection.
• Review contract terms, amendments, variations, claims, and change orders.
• Monitor contractor compliance with contract obligations, project schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers, quantity surveyors, procurement teams, legal counsel, and vendors.
• Track project costs, payment applications, budgets, and commercial risks.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and records.
• Assist in dispute resolution and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
