Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Singapore is seeking a senior project professional to support data centre construction programs, retrofit, upgrades, and fitouts. You will serve as the technical point of contact for local teams and coordinate across engineering and IT operations to ensure on-time delivery.

You will assist regional PMs from planning through handover, drive safety, quality, and stakeholder communication, and lead site meetings and timely site walks with contractors.

Qualifications

• Technical candidate with at least 5 years of experience in the field.
• Post-graduate degree in engineering, construction, or project/construction management is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple parties, vendors, stakeholders and priorities with various milestones.
• Detail oriented and organized in your approach to project management.
• Ability to think, analyse and problem solve in high pressure situations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to complete within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support The Client PM on data centre construction programs, retrofit, upgrades, fitout and other pilot/special projects.
• Act as the technical POC for local teams and connect with cross functional teams (Engineering and IT Operations Teams).
• Support Regional PM for end-to-end responsibility from planning to handover of the fit out works on site.
• Resolve issues promptly based on technical requirements or elevate accordingly.
• Ensure work is performed safely with high quality of workmanship.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders about project goals and updates.
• Coordinate teams across different offices and time zones.
• Report on project progress and maintain stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate Kick off Meetings, progress reviews and conduct Site-walks.
• Resolve critical issues while adhering to timelines and budgets.
