Job summary

Leighton Contractors (Asia) Limited (Singapore Branch) seeks a data centre construction leader to drive all facets of green-field projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and strict quality and safety compliance.

Role requires 10+ years in construction PM with data centre exposure, strong leadership, and expertise in planning, coordination, and client relations to manage multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 8 years in data centre projects.
• Familiarity with data centre design standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage master construction programmes, including catch-up plans.
• Ensure works meet data centre specifications, quality standards, and safety rules.
• Coordinate drawing reviews, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Collaborate with Pre-contracts on tendering and early team setup.
• Coordinate between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet schedules.
