Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in bottom-up estimating including material takeoffs.
Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as P6, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheets.
Understanding of financial terminology including Capex, Opex, accruals, amortization, asset tags, capitalization, and journal entries.

Responsibilities

Update and maintain Asset Management database to support decision-making.
QA/QC on invoicing, change orders, and final proposals for accuracy.
Review cost estimates, prepare bid leveling analyses, and generate project reports.
Collect, standardize, and validate bid information using OneWBS codes.
Oversee transfer of bids and final costs into Benchmarking database using templates.
Lead budgeting and forecasting data collection to support financial planning.
Drive program initiatives to improve Asset Management database and delivery processes.
Maintain project control specs and scopes of work for contractors and vendors.
Manage milestones like utility turn-on dates and align campus demand.
