Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Strong interest in data center operations and IT infrastructure environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow procedures strictly in a controlled operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing IT hardware and data center equipment.
• Support inventory management, stock tracking, and periodic stock audits.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments in the system.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and data center teams for equipment movement and delivery schedules.
• Assist in labeling, packaging, and organizing IT assets and spare parts.
• Support asset tagging and asset lifecycle management processes.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with IDC operational standards.
• Help prepare logistics reports and inventory summaries as required.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency.
