Job summary

CLOUDENGINE DIGITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an Infrastructure Operations Engineer to support the deployment, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server and network infrastructure in Singapore.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
2–5 years of experience in server, network, or data center operations.
Experience with enterprise servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
Experience supporting GPU servers or AI infrastructure is an advantage.
Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server environments.
Basic understanding of switches, routers, and firewalls.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Willingness to work onsite at customer locations or data centers.

Responsibilities

Deploy, install, configure, and maintain server infrastructure, including GPU and X86 servers.
Perform hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting for servers and storage devices.
Assist in hardware replacement, repair, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain asset records, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with vendors on warranty and RMA cases.
Provide remote and onsite technical support for infrastructure issues.
Support data center deployment activities, including rack installation and cabling.
Monitor infrastructure performance and respond to incidents promptly.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors.
