Job summary

Currently studying or recently completed in Logistics/Supply Chain.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Willing to learn and work as part of a team.
Responsible, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Receiving and Inspecting of Goods: verify quantity, check for damages, report discrepancies, ensure proper handling and storage.
Inventory Management: tidy and organise inventory, maintain accurate records, conduct regular checks, report discrepancies.
Order fulfilment: retrieve and pack shipments according to delivery schedules, coordinate with departments for deliveries and pickups.
Warehouse Organization: ensure inventory is well organized and stored according to 5S standard.
General Support: initiate and collaborate on work improvements to enhance processes and work environment.
