Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of cloud computing (AWS/Azure) and core services.
• Proficiency with scripting/programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong curiosity and enthusiasm for cloud infrastructure, automation, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement, Automation & AI Tool Development: review existing processes and implement automation to enhance efficiency.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: create and update technical docs for cloud operations and workflows.
• Operational Support & Project Assistance: assist Cloud Infrastructure team with user support and coordination.
• Monitoring & Reporting: support performance monitoring and cost optimization, generate insights.
• Research & Innovation: explore emerging cloud tech and AI tools to propose improvements.
