Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, or experience in networking.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair server and network devices in a live data center.
• Build knowledge of hardware, software/OS, and networking fundamentals.
• Use SOPs and data-driven analysis to guide issue resolution and document in ticketing system.
• Safely install, rack, and manage equipment following health and safety guidelines.
• Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance post-training and during shift rotations.
