Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is offering an internship in Logistics Engineering, Tuas. This role focuses on gaining hands-on experience in warehousing performance analysis across inbound and outbound processes, supporting continuous improvement and the digital transformation of Hub Asia through data-driven solutions.

You will work on SPS-aligned projects, deploy standardized processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, Java, or UiPath is an advantage.
• Possess an open and inquisitive mindset, with a strong willingness to take on new challenges, learn emerging technologies, and continuously develop new skills.
• Build and maintain simple automation workflows and RPA bots using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Effective communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and standardization of warehousing processes in alignment with Schneider Performance System (SPS) requirements, ensuring adherence to operational excellence standards.
• Coordinate regular audits and process reviews to identify performance gaps, and manage follow-up action plans with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the implementation of Smart Distribution Center (Smart DC) initiatives and help establish tracking systems to monitor the progress and effectiveness of deployed solutions.
• Analyze operational performance and contribute to continuous improvement (CI) initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency, productivity, and digital capabilities.
• Lead a sustainability or improvement project from initiation to completion, delivering defined objectives and measurable benefits where applicable.
