Job summary

OVHcloud in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Data Center Technician to join our operations team. You will support datacenter hardware, monitor systems, and help keep services highly available for customers.

You will perform daily operational tasks, incident response, and coordinate with internal teams; proficiency in Excel and asset management is valued; room for growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Data center hardware experience including troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Experience with data center hardware inventory, asset tracking, spare parts management.
• Proficiency in Excel for maintaining hardware records and reports.
• Ability to work in a data center operations team, follow procedures and hand over shifts.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous, reliable operation of the data center and minimize service disruptions.
• Provide daily operational support, shift coverage, monitoring, incident response, preventive maintenance, and coordination with relevant technical teams.
