Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced data centre environment. The role focuses on operational oversight, performance reviews, and seamless handovers to ensure continuous service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of data centre experience, with strong leadership and communication skills suitable for a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data centre operations or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a shift of technicians in data centre operations.
• Provide guidance, feedback and performance reviews for the team.
• Ensure smooth data centre operations during shifts and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Prepare shift handover reports and brief incoming shift teams.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Support and troubleshoot technical issues during the shift.
