Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Project Engineer to manage schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables for Data Centre projects (Type B and C) within SPAC Singapore. You will be the single point of contact for customers during the project life cycle, coordinating with sales and solutions teams to ensure timely, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Project management proficiency across scope, schedule, cost, and stakeholders.
• Experience with contract management, change control, and negotiations.
• Knowledge of financial aspects of projects (P&L) and risk management.
• Experience in Data Center applications or similar complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team including internal resources and external 3rd parties to deliver on time and within budget.
• Manage customer interaction and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare a comprehensive Project Execution Plan covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks.
• Ensure safety standards and zero-safety deviation on site.
• Monitor progress and produce external and internal project reports.
• Prepare Progressive Payment Claims and obtain approvals.
• Track Project Performance Matrix and manage deviations and opportunities.
• Participate in monthly REL reviews to address Risks and Opportunities.
• Ensure CPP processes and Gates reviews (P0–P3) are followed.
• Prepare handover documentation for Service Team after project completion.
• Provide PM support to Sales/Solution/Tendering during pre-sales when required.
