Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to manage schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables for Data Centre projects within SPAC Singapore. You will act as the single point of contact for the customer and ensure on-time delivery with margin compliance.

You will lead internal and external teams, monitor risks, and collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to drive successful project outcomes. This role requires PMP or equivalent, and strong Data Centre domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant professional qualifications in Data Centre, Mechanical & Electrical design, Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team including internal resources and external 3rd parties to achieve deliverables.
• Smooth customer interaction and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare Overall Project Execution Plan covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risk and stakeholder management.
• Ensure safety practices are followed and maintain a zero-safety deviation environment.
• Monitor progress and prepare external and internal project reports.
• Prepare progressive payment claims and obtain approvals.
• Participate in project performance metrics and CPP gate reviews.
• Provide project management support for Sales, Solution and Tendering during pre-sales if required.
