Job summary

Schneider Electric in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to manage schedules, budgets, resources and deliverables for Data Centre projects (Type A, B, C) within SPAC Singapore, aiming for highest customer satisfaction. The APM serves as the single point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with Sales, Solutions and Vendors to ensure on-time delivery and CPP compliance.

You will hold a Diploma or Engineering degree and 10+ years in Data Center applications;

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Professional qualifications in Data Centre, Mechanical & Electrical design, Project Management, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team across internal resources and external 3rd parties to deliver project scope.
• Maintain smooth customer interaction; attend project coordination meetings.
• Prepare Overall Project Execution Plan covering scope, schedule, cost, quality and resources.
• Ensure safety practices are followed and zero-safety deviations.
• Monitor progress and prepare external/internal project reports.
• Prepare Progressive Payment Claims and obtain approvals.
• Maintain Project Performance Matrix and manage risks/opportunities.
• Participate in CPP Gates reviews (P0, P1, P2, P3).
• Prepare handover documentation to Service Team upon completion; assist pre-sales when required.
