Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee complex Data Centre projects in Singapore. You will coordinate internal resources and external partners to meet delivery targets, budgets and quality standards while maintaining strong customer engagement.

Responsibilities include creating a comprehensive project execution plan, ensuring safety, reporting progress, and supporting pre-sales and service handovers. A PMP and 10+ years in data center projects are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Relevant professional qualifications in Data Centre, Mechanical & Electrical design, and Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team across internal resources and external 3rd parties to deliver project goals.
• Smoothly manage customer interaction; attend coordination meetings as required.
• Prepare the Overall Project Execution Plan covering scope, schedule, cost, quality and risk.
• Enforce strict safety practices by all project members and vendors; maintain zero deviations.
• Monitor progress and produce external and internal project status reports.
• Prepare and obtain approval for progressive payment claims.
• Maintain the Project Performance Matrix including deviations and KPIs.
• Participate in monthly REL reviews to address risks and opportunities.
• Ensure CPP processes and gates (P0–P3) are followed.
• Prepare handover documents to Service Team and support pre-sales as needed.
