Job summary

StarHub Ltd. is seeking a Data Centre Product Manager to define and drive the data centre product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with engineering and operations on capacity and SLAs, and work with sales and marketing on GTM strategies to deliver value to enterprise, government, and hyper-scale customers. Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience in data centres or related infrastructure.
Experience with pricing, P&L ownership, and business case development.
Experience engaging enterprise and government customers to gather requirements.
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Responsibilities

Define and own data centre product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
Design and launch data centre offerings (colocation, services, infrastructure).
Manage end-to-end lifecycle from business case development to performance management.
Collaborate with engineering and operations on capacity planning, design standards, and SLAs.
Drive go-to-market strategies with sales, account management, and marketing teams.
Engage enterprise customers and partners to translate needs into scalable offerings.
Identify partnerships for value-added services (AI, security, managed services).
Monitor product performance, margins, and customer satisfaction; optimize costs.
