Job summary

Currie & Brown Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of data centre fit-out and construction projects from planning through handover. You will manage multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams, develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, procurement strategies, and ensure delivery complies with Singapore standards.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to meet client requirements and drive safe,

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing data centre construction and/or fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of data centre MEP systems and critical infrastructure.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre fit-out and construction projects from pre-construction through completion and handover.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, programmes, budgets, procurement strategies and delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress against programme, cost, quality and contractual requirements.
• Identify risks, develop mitigations and resolve issues affecting delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure interfaces between systems and trades are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
