• Proven experience as a Planner or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and quality in all deliverables.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain schedule quality and integrity across all site projects.
• Liaise with project managers to reflect progress onsite across Data Centers projects.
• Follow up on annual plan schedules bi-weekly to keep next quarter on track.
• Maintain and update risk logs from internal meetings.
• Conduct training to ensure new scheduling practices are followed.
• Ensure contractors' schedules align with best practices and client schedules.
• Liaise with global leads to roll out schedule requirements at client level.
• Support monthly schedule-related reporting and dashboard updates.
• Review cost milestones with cost lead and track variance against annual budget.
