Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Center Operations Associate to support daily IT and data center ops in Singapore. You will handle customer requests, perform hands-on infrastructure tasks, and ensure smooth data center operations.

Requirements include 1–2 years in data center environments, knowledge of server hardware, cabling, and SOP-driven incident/change ticket handling, plus strong communication skills. The role involves on-site duties with occasional coordination of shipments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Data Center experience or strong foundational knowledge in hardware and networks.
• Server hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Rack and stack, cabling, and remote hands tasks.
• Experience with logistics, inventory updates and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support and manage customer requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Perform hardware installation, rack and stack, cabling, testing, and decommissioning activities.
• Provide remote hands support, including equipment checks and power cycles.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments and verify equipment deliveries.
• Support service management processes by creating, updating, and closing service, incident, and change tickets.
