Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician to support daily data centre and critical facilities activities. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and report to the Data Center Operation Site Lead.

Responsibilities include leading contractors, monitoring DC infrastructure, handling incident management, service desk activities, and ensuring safe onsite practices. You will maintain records and contribute to monthly reports, drawing on a Diploma in CS and relevant data

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent required.
• Data Centre Certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Data Centre Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead contractors and vendors in daily data centre operations.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and DC environment.
• Escalate critical facilities alerts promptly.
• Manage incident response and service desk support.
• Ensure safe on-site work practices and site documentation.
• Prepare monthly Data Centre and Service Desk reports.
