Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service requests and emergencies 24x7x365 days.
• Assist Operation Lead in daily DC operations and preventive maintenance; ensure 100% uptime of critical M&E systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for scheduled maintenance and safety compliance.
• Maintain logs and records of readings, faults, and stock; brief and handover to Shift Duty Technician.
