Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking an M&E Project Engineer in Singapore to oversee contract execution, monitor installation progress, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. The role focuses on M&E tasks and associated documentation.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' experience in construction project progress monitoring.
Experience in M&E/Data Centers advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee contract execution and monitor installation progress, ensuring timely delivery through coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, technical submissions, and work progress reports for M&E-related tasks.
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues, and coordinate with authorities for inspections, testing, and commissioning.
Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and labour within budget while supporting project negotiations.
Apply expertise in Data Centers, DfMA, and specialized systems such as VAV/VRV, chillers, chilled water pipes, and lighting control systems.
