seeks an experienced M&E Supervisor to lead daily Mechanical & Electrical construction activities across Singapore projects, ensuring safe, efficient execution aligned with specifications, quality standards, and schedules. Responsibilities include supervising M&E works, coordinating with subcontractors and site teams, ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and method statements, and overseeing testing, commissioning, and maintenance to meet project

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and construction regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage site teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) construction activities to monitor and report site progress.
• Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve timely project milestones.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of M&E systems to meet project standards.
• Participate in site meetings and liaise effectively with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and main contractors.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and site safety practices.
• Prepare and manage daily work schedules, manpower allocation, progress reports, and site documentation accurately.
• Resolve technical site issues promptly and provide clear guidance to site personnel for problem resolution.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and maintain site housekeeping to support smooth operations.
• Conduct site inspections to verify quality workmanship and adherence to project standards.
• Supervise and coordinate works involving Electrical Services, Mechanical Services, Pump Work, Plumbing Work, Data Centre Support Services, UPS & Backup Power Systems, Telecommunication Work, and General Building Services.
