Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking an M&E Project Engineer in Singapore to oversee contract execution, monitor installation progress, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. The role focuses on M&E tasks and associated documentation.

The candidate will review method statements, shop drawings, and progress reports, liaise with stakeholders and authorities, and assist in procurement while maintaining budgetary controls. Expertise in Data Centers and VAV/VRV systems is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction project progress monitoring.
• Experience in M&E/Data Centers advantageous.

• Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and labour within budget while supporting project negotiations.
• Apply expertise in Data Centers, DfMA, and specialized systems such as VAV/VRV, chillers, chilled water pipes, and lighting control systems.
