Job summary

WAH LOON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer/Coordinator to oversee M&E construction progress on data center projects in Singapore.

You will supervise installation work, review shop drawings and progress reports, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery. The role requires 3–5 years of Singapore construction experience, strong English communication, and immediate availability.

Qualifications

• Min. 3–5 years’ experience in the construction industry in Singapore.
• Well versed in English.
• Able to commence work immediately or on short notice.
• Experience working on Data Center projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of contracts progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor installation progress; coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors.
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, T&C check sheets and progress reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors on technical submissions.
• Assist Project Manager in negotiating procurement within budget.
• Resolve site issues through technical discussions with stakeholders.
