Job summary

JLL Singapore is seeking a Data Center IT Proximity Services - Support Technician to join our on-site team. You will follow SOPs, handle customer requests, respond to calls and emails, and perform basic troubleshooting while coordinating with Level 2 support as needed.

The role involves hardware installations, remote hands support, and asset management within a data center environment. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential to meet client requirements and maintain

Qualifications

• Entry-level IT service delivery experience.
• Experience with Microsoft server products.
• Basic knowledge of PC and Server Hardware as well as networking.
• Basic understanding of Data Center Power schemes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and execute tasks.
• Collect customer requests and data.
• Attend to customer phone calls and emails.
• Create tickets and escalate to Level 2 when needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and hardware checks.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments and asset management.
• Support Service Management processes and access controls.
• Assist PME events and power maintenance as needed.
• Train and mentor others as required.
