Job summary

VIONDATA PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Data Center Hands & Feet Technician to provide on-site operational support in a mission-critical data centre environment in Singapore.

You will collaborate with remote engineering, infrastructure and network teams to install, maintain and troubleshoot IT equipment, ensuring high availability and operational excellence within strict SLAs. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS/Electronics or related discipline.
• Experience with server hardware, cabling and network gear is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and strong documentation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and health checks of data centre facilities and IT equipment.
• Monitor servers, racks, storage systems, network devices and environmental conditions.
• Execute remote hands requests from engineering teams, customers and vendors.
• Support maintenance activities and infrastructure upgrades.
