Job summary

CBRE is seeking an ICT Service Delivery Technician to provide on-site support for ICT and Engineering services within a Data Center environment. You will implement installation, relocation, and decommission tasks following industry standards.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, coordinating with third-party engineers, and maintaining site documentation, with focus on safety and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
• Good organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills for simple calculations (percentages, discounts, markups).

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and complete IT equipment installation, relocation and decommission requests within timeframes and to industry standards.
• Provide problem-solving support including server reboots and backups.
• Escort third-party engineers and ensure adherence to site standards.
• Receive, respond to, and assign break and fix tickets within defined timeframes.
• Create, review, and update on-site documentation and procedures.
• Receive, assess, and complete patching and de-patching requests.
• Develop good working relationships with staff and client representatives.
• Provision and fault diagnosis of network connectivity and IT equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and professional on-site environment.
• Follow defined procedures to resolve straightforward problems under guidance.
