Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks an ICT Service Delivery Technician to provide on-site support for ICT and engineering services in a data center. Location is Singapore, with a full-time contract. The role covers installation, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and documentation in a critical services setting.

You'll relate to staff and client representatives, assist third-party engineers, and ensure site safety and standard adherence while following defined procedures under supervision.

Qualifications

• Training in a technical discipline with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Must meet the physical requirements of this role.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review and complete IT equipment installation, relocation and decommission requests.
• Provide problem-solving support including server reboots and back-ups.
• Escort third-party engineers and ensure site standards compliance.
• Receive, respond and assign break/fix tickets within agreed timeframes.
• Create, review and update on-site documentation and SOPs.
• Receive, assess and complete patching and de-patching requests.
• Develop good working relationships with staff and client representatives.
• Provide fault diagnosis and rectification of network connectivity and IT equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a safe and professional working environment.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems.
• Deliver output by following procedures under close supervision.
