Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Project Manager to accelerate growth in the cooling and data centre segment across engineering projects. Based in Singapore, you will drive business development, manage complex sales cycles and coordinate with internal teams to deliver piping system solutions.

You should have a mechanical or related engineering degree and hands-on experience in project sales for HVAC or data centres, with strong CRM discipline and market insight.

Qualifications

• Minimum a degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in project sales within cooling, HVAC or data centre environments.
• Strong understanding of cooling systems, industrial applications and building standards.
• Experience managing end-to-end project sales from opportunity to completion.
• Familiar with CRM systems and structured pipeline management.
• Exposure to industrial or building technology sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development in data centre and cooling segments by promoting piping solutions.
• Identify, develop, and convert project opportunities to meet sales and margin targets.
• Build and maintain a strong project pipeline through proactive prospecting and market engagement.
• Develop market strategies based on industry trends and customer requirements.
• Manage full sales cycle from opportunity identification to project award.
• Coordinate with internal teams on technical proposals, delivery planning, and project execution.
• Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting in CRM.
• Engage consultants, developers, contractors, and end-users to influence specifications.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor market movements and adjust sales strategies for competitiveness.
• Support participation in industry events and customer engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales with business objectives.
• Expand market presence across commercial, industrial, and district cooling projects.
