Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific seeks a Contract Commercial Manager to own governance and contracting for a designated CBRE Data Center Solutions portfolio. You will ensure agreements follow approved templates, review terms, and liaise with clients to keep documents current.

You will act as the primary commercial contact, manage change control, and support renewals, claims, and disputes with robust contract history and documentation.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of contract administration, review, and execution processes.
• Experience liaising with client procurement/contracts teams to keep documents moving.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and contract lifecycle tools.

Responsibilities

• Own contract governance and execution for designated contracts within CBRE DCS.
• Review and verify contracts against approved templates and framework terms.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve deviations and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain contract register, manage key dates, and ensure proper filing.
