Job summary

CBRE Data Center Solutions in Singapore is seeking a skilled Contract Commercial Manager to own contract governance for a designated line of business. You will ensure all agreements use approved templates, are reviewed, agreed, executed, and filed accurately.

You will act as the day-to-day contracting contact for the client, coordinating with operations to streamline quotations and contract flow, while operating within CBRE's delegations of authority.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing client contracts against templates and approved terms.
• Knowledge of pricing, payment terms, changes and deviations.
• Ability to manage contract lifecycle from draft to filing.
• Experience in facilities management or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own contract governance for designated contracts, ensuring templates are used.
• Review client-issued documents for scope, pricing and terms.
• Identify departures and coordinate corrections with the client.
• Manage documents through review and approvals to execution.
• File executed contracts and maintain contract register.
• Track expiry, renewal, notice periods, insurance, and security requirements.
• Act as the primary commercial contact for contracting matters.
• Support quotations to ensure compliant submissions.
