Job summary

CBRE Data Center Solutions is seeking a Contract Commercial Manager in Singapore to own contract governance for a designated contract or line of business. You will ensure templates are used, agreements are reviewed, executed, and filed, while coordinating with the client and internal teams to speed up contracting via standard processes.

You will liaise with procurement and contracts teams, review quotations, and ensure compliance with commercial policy.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and ability to review contracts against templates.
Experience reviewing client contract documents vs. standard terms and templates.
Ability to manage documents through review, approval, execution, and filing.

Responsibilities

Own contract governance and execution for designated contracts or line of business.
Act as primary commercial contact for contracting matters with the client.
Review quotations to ensure compliance with policy, pricing, and authority.
Maintain contract register, filing, and data for audits and reviews.
Educate teams on quotation-to-contract process and template usage.
Support renewals, claims, and disputes with contract history and documentation.
